Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the sole proprietorship operating under the MiniZeka brand at the domain childhoodtech.com and its subdomains (oyun.childhoodtech.com, chat.childhoodtech.com) (“MiniZeka”, “we”) and the parent/guardian who uses the platform (“User”, “you”).

By registering for or using the platform, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of the Service

MiniZeka is a digital education platform for preschool children (ages 3–6) that includes AI-assisted educational games, personalized development reports, parent/teacher panels and related complementary services (including the Teacher Chatbot). The scope of the service may vary depending on your plan; see the pricing page for current details.

Membership and Account

• To become a member you must be over 18 and be the parent or legal guardian of the child.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide when registering (full name, email, your child's information).
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password and for all actions taken through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• An account may be created only by one parent/guardian, for use with their own child(ren).

Age Limit and Parental Responsibility

MiniZeka's game content for children is designed to be used only through a parent/guardian account and under parental supervision. Children cannot register for the platform with an independent account (their own email/password). As parent/guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the platform and for managing screen time appropriately for their age.

Pricing and Payment

• MiniZeka offers packages purchased as a one-time payment for different periods (1/3/6/12 months) for individual users, and monthly-billed institutional packages for institutions. Current package prices and contents are published on the pricing page.
• Payments are made directly to the secure system of iyzico, through the iyzico payment infrastructure that is being put into service; your card details are not stored on MiniZeka servers.
• Individual packages (Tohum, Filiz, Fidan, Orman) are purchased as a one-time payment for the selected period and do not renew automatically; if you want to keep your access when the period ends, you need to purchase a new package.
• No refund is made for the already started (active) period of a purchased package, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Institutional packages (Çınar, Meşe) are billed monthly; billing and termination terms are clarified in a separate agreement with the institution or when you contact us.
• Price and package changes are announced in advance with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform, including all games, designs, texts, graphics, the logo, the mascot and the software code, belongs to MiniZeka or its licensors and is protected under copyright legislation. Your membership grants you only the right (license) to use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes; copying, reproducing, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

User Obligations

When using the platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Use your account only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner,
• Not attempt anything that threatens the security of the platform, overloads it or abuses it,
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account,
• Not republish or sell content you obtain through the platform (games, reports) without permission.

Service Changes and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, add or remove features in order to improve the service. We accept no liability for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure or force majeure; however, we try to keep such situations to a reasonable minimum.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniZeka does not guarantee that the platform will work uninterrupted or error-free. Development comments and recommendations generated by artificial intelligence do not replace medical, psychological or educational diagnosis/advice; this content is supportive and informational in nature. If you have serious concerns about your child's development, we recommend consulting a relevant specialist.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. If you violate these Terms, abuse the service or act in breach of the law, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes arising from the Terms, the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in accordance with the relevant legislation.
